One of my favorite sayings is from an African proverb, "It takes a whole village to raise a child."

This is close to my heart because I have always considered the classroom as a living community and I believe that there is a need for everyone (from the administration, to parents to teachers to students) to contribute in order to maintain a positive atmosphere. As my contribution, I make my classroom feel like a second home to every student. A place where they feel comfortable, safe and valued. I show and practice respect so that they will respect each other by treating everyone with kindness and care. I want our class to be like a family, where they can openly share their ideas, ask questions, be challenged and have fun learning.

It indeed takes a whole village to raise a child. Be a part of that village!!!

I am a cum laude graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education. I have been teaching since 2008 and I love it. We just recently moved to Arizona and I'm very excited to continue teaching and be a part of Ridgeline's awesome family. I am happily married to my loving husband, Mr. Adrian Paulo Sanguyo, who never fails to support me in every endeavor I take. We spend our leisure time watching movies together or do planned projects while enjoying music. I love cooking, reading, dancing and singing. I enjoy doing crafts and my favorite color is yellow. It reminds me to be like a sunshine, somebody that spreads warmth or happiness.
